I love plug boards! I’m a little addicted to them. So it is no surprise that I have them on a few sites. They are just fun free advertising and I’ve found some very cool sites this way. I only have a few rules. 
I’d love it if we could keep this to mostly scrapbook sites. I know it’s not going to totally happen, but honestly, think of who the shoppers are that are coming to this site. Scrapbookers and paper crafters.
Rule #1 is keep it to family friendly sites please.
Rule #2 don’t resubmit your site until after it has left the list. If you spam the plug board with one button and link then I will ban your IP address and site.
If you know of a plug board please let me know. I’m really trying to get a good list going so others can follow along to other sites. We pluggers love to hit all the sites frequently.
